Our policies
Please read these before you book. They keep every guest's time safe, yours included.
Booking and deposits
Book a lounge visit on the booking page or by phone, and your chair is held. The party room, and groups of four or more chairs, take a deposit that holds the date and goes toward your service. The booking page shows the amount.
Canceling and running late
Please tell us 24 hours ahead to cancel or move a lounge visit, and 72 hours ahead for the party room. Running late? We hold your chair for 15 minutes. After that the service may be shortened or moved to another day.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a lounge visit without telling us, we may ask for a deposit to book the next one. If a party misses its time, the deposit stays with the lounge. To rebook, call or write and we'll find the next opening.
Children and companions
Children are welcome with an adult who stays with them. Technicians choose services by age, and the party room seats guests of every age. In the lounge, we ask for one companion per chair on a busy day.
Patch tests and allergies
Tell us if you have reacted to a nail product, or if you have a cut or an infection on your hands or feet. We may ask you to see your doctor first. Tell us at once if you feel burning or itching during a service.
If you're not happy
If a nail lifts or chips, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. Please don't pull gel or acrylic off yourself; book removal and we'll take it off gently.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one by card or in cash at the desk, or add it when you book.
Before your visit
Come with your nails as they are, and tell us what is on them so we can book removal first. For a party, arrive ten minutes early so everyone starts together. Bring a picture if you have a design in mind.
