How pricing works
Lilac's prices show on the booking page, where you choose a service. This is what moves them.
Three things set the price: the length and shape you want, how much art you add, and the product, whether gel polish, builder gel or soft-gel extensions. Removing other work and the add-ons you pick change it too. The booking page shows the lounge's price for your service.

What the consultation covers
For a custom set or a party, tell us what you have in mind: a picture, your length and shape, and the date. We set the time before the day, and the booking page shows the price for that time. If the plan changes on the day, we tell you the new time and price before we start.
A deposit holds the party room, and groups of four or more chairs. It goes toward your service and is paid when you book. Single visits in the lounge don't need one. The booking page shows the amount.
Canceling or running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a lounge visit, and 72 hours for the party room. Running late? We hold your chair for 15 minutes. After that the service may be shortened or moved to another day.
Each technician has a level, and the booking page says who does which. A higher level means more time on detail, and the price follows the time. Book by name, or by the time you need.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Art, chrome, charms and a paraffin dip are added to a service and timed before they are priced. If you want one added on the day, we tell you the time and the price before we start.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one by card or in cash at the desk, or add it when you book.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards come in any amount. Buy one on the gift card page and it can be used toward any service at the lounge. A gift card is not a package.
