Questions

What guests ask first

How do I book?

Choose a service on the booking page, or call (205) 555-0107. Booking holds your chair. For a party, tell us the date and how many are coming.

Can I walk in?

Appointments come first. If a chair is open on the day, we'll fit you in, so call before you come.

How does the party room work?

Tell us the date, the number of guests and what each would like. A deposit holds the room and goes toward your service, and we plan the chairs and the timing with you.

How long does a set take?

A gel manicure takes about an hour. Soft-gel extensions take two hours, and art adds time. The menu shows a time on every line.

What is the difference between gel polish, builder gel and soft-gel extensions?

Gel polish is color cured under a lamp. Builder gel is a protective layer over your natural nails. Soft-gel extensions add length, built to the shape you choose. How long each lasts varies.

Do I need to book removal?

Yes, when your nails were done somewhere else or you want a set taken off. Book removal first and we'll take it off gently. Please don't pull it off yourself.

Can I bring a picture?

Please do. Send it ahead through the contact page, or bring it with you, and we'll tell you how long the design takes.

What if a nail lifts?

Tell us within a few days and we'll look at it and make it right.

How do you clean your tools?

We clean and disinfect tools between guests, and each guest gets a new file and buffer.

How does pricing work?

Length, shape, art, product and the technician's level set the price, and the booking page shows it for your service. The pricing page explains each part.
